NOT a high protein, bagel! Unfortunately, the small amount of cottage cheese you put on the bagel is negligible protein, (A whole cup equals 28 g ) and Cream cheese only has 2 g of protein. And that bagel has 48 g of carbohydrates.

@@BrookeAlexandrah They were some kind of antibiotics and they worked. It's been over a decade and I haven't gotten any cystic acen on my back since. So I'm pretty happy with the results. I still get regular acne though sadly that didn't go away.
